Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team by supporting operational planning and resource scheduling for installation and training activities. Our team plays a vital role in ensuring efficient installations and exceptional service delivery by coordinating with multiple stakeholders and maintaining high standards for accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and monitor scheduling for service resources to ensure effective and timely allocation for installation and training activities. Collaborate with service teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate issues as needed to support service quality standards. Assign and manage service orders while documenting and tracking open items and addressing issues that may impact execution timelines. Validate installation delivery materials and ensure all components are correctly received and documented before customer scheduling.

Required:

High School Diploma or Vocational Education, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Operations, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations Coordination, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, or Resource Planning; or a Bachelor's Degree with no prior experience required. Strong skills in customer service, resource planning, documentation, and data analysis. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
