Floor Manager

Floor Manager Position We are looking for an experienced and service-driven floor manager to lead evening service and support our front of house team. The right person for this role will work directly with the Director of Operations to maintain high operational standards, and will be ready to jump in wherever needed to help the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Take an active, on-the-floor role with the team- providing support in real-time. Assist staff with service, problem-solving, and any other needs that arise throughout the shift. Address guest inquiries and provide exceptional service at every interaction. Manage conflicts calmly, ensuring a positive and productive team dynamic.

Qualifications:

Restaurant or wine industry experience preferred. Ability to stay engaged with the team throughout shifts. Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to maintain composure under pressure. Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer service.

Compensation:

Pay is dependent on experience.
