Position Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound customer calls & email messages
• Determining customer requirements and expectations
• Guiding, monitoring & documenting the customer relocation process
• Entering information in multiple database systems
• Processing customer transactions efficiently and accurately
• Coordinating Consumer and National account moves
• Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of successful Customer Service experience (required)
• Minimum of 1 year experience coordinating National Accounts (preferred)
• Demonstrated Professionalism
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
• Refined interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Calendar, and Online Database Systems
• Advanced organizational skills and detail orientation
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Pre-employment background check
• Able to speak, write, and understand English language proficiently
• Legally authorized to work within the United States
