Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Supervisor to lead our customer support team with enthusiasm and expertise. Duties Supervise and motivate a diverse team of customer service representatives to achieve performance goals Coordinate daily team activities, ensuring efficient handling of customer inquiries and issues Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving Monitor customer interactions for quality assurance and provide constructive feedback for improvement Manage escalations promptly and effectively, ensuring customer concerns are resolved with professionalism Analyze service metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to boost sales through upselling and cross-selling strategies Collaborate with other departments on project management initiatives to optimize customer experience workflows Experience Proven supervisory experience in a customer service environment with a track record of leading high-performing teams Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously Multilingual proficiency in English and additional languages is highly desirable Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to negotiate effectively Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams Experience in analyzing performance data to drive strategic decisions and process improvements Background in sales or upselling techniques that enhance customer engagement and revenue growth Join us as a Customer Service Supervisor where your leadership will shape outstanding customer experiences!
