  • Full-time Prime Management Solutions is growing in Spokane and looking for a motivated Customer Enrollment Associate to support our expanding Quantum Fiber campaign.
As a Customer Enrollment Associate, you'll work directly with customers, helping them learn about available internet services, current promotions, and enrollment options. This is a full-time, customer-facing role that combines communication, customer support, and enrollment assistance while providing valuable experience in telecommunications and customer engagement. If you enjoy meeting new people, building confidence through conversations, and working in a fast-paced environment where your effort matters, this could be a great opportunity to grow professionally. What You'll Be Doing Meet directly with customers in assigned locations throughout the Spokane area Introduce Quantum Fiber internet services, promotions, and account options Assist customers with enrollments, account setup, activations, and account updates Help customers compare internet options based on their household needs and usage Answer questions regarding internet services, pricing, installation, and service features Maintain accurate customer records and enrollment information Build positive customer relationships through professionalism and communication Support daily enrollment goals and overall team performance Why People Like This Opportunity Performance-based commission opportunities Ongoing training and mentorship Experience in customer engagement, telecommunications, and account support Team-oriented environment with advancement opportunities Opportunity to develop communication, customer service, and professional skills What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working directly with customers Reliable and professional work ethic Interest in customer service, telecommunications, customer engagement, or sales Previous experience in retail, hospitality, food service, warehouse, customer service, or sales is helpful but not required
