TopLine Counters, a Division of Patrick Industries , is a premier provider of countertop design, fabrication, and installation services throughout Washington, Oregon and Idaho. We specialize in a wide range of laminate, solid surface, and natural stone products for kitchens, bathrooms, and other residential and commercial applications. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Installation Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical to ensure successful scheduling, coordination, and execution of countertop deliveries and installations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and excels at coordinating multiple moving pieces while delivering exceptional customer service. Position Summary As an Installation Coordinator, you will serve as the central point of communication between customers, installers, delivery personnel, and internal departments. Your ability to manage schedules, coordinate resources, resolve issues, and maintain accurate project information will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a seamless customer experience. Essential Responsibilities Coordinate daily routes, schedules, and project assignments for company installers and subcontracted installation crews. Review installation and delivery alerts, unresolved activities, and scheduling exceptions from the previous day. Participate in daily remake and quality review meetings to identify root causes and prevent recurring installation issues. Confirm customer will-call pickups, deliveries, and installation appointments while preparing all necessary documentation. Contact customers to verify installation and delivery details, including dates, addresses, and special requirements. Organize and track project punch-list items and schedule return visits when necessary. Communicate installation schedules, job details, and project requirements to installation crews. Collaborate with production, sales, customer service, and other departments to resolve issues and maintain project timelines. Assist with loading and unloading materials safely by forklift or manually when required. Provide expedited deliveries or material pickups when business needs require additional support. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns. Maintain accurate records and ensure all company procedures and protocols are followed. Uphold a professional company image and represent TopLine Counters with integrity and professionalism. Perform additional projects and responsibilities assigned to support delivery and installation operations. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience in logistics, shipping, dispatching, scheduling, or installation coordination preferred. Valid Washington State Driver's License required. Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing schedules. Forklift certification or operating experience preferred. Construction industry experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and drawings. Proficiency with computers, email, and business software applications. Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
