GICW operates retail stores, outlet locations, two online shopping sites, and attended donation centers. We're proud to be good environmental stewards with our award-winning recycling and salvage operations. We are looking for an experienced Outlet Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, customer service, inventory management, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and warehouse management and customer service, as well as excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing a positive customer experience and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate staff to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies. Analyze financial data to identify areas of improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. Manage the store budget and ensure cost-effectiveness. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
