As customer demand continues to increase, we are expanding and looking for individuals who are ready to work directly with customers, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to daily sales performance. In this full-time, in-person role, the Wireless Account Agent will work face-to-face with customers, providing customer service, handling customer interactions, and supporting customer sales. The Wireless Account Agent plays a key role in managing customer accounts, assisting with service setup, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. This position combines customer service, customer support, and sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers and wants to develop real experience in a sales-focused environment.

Wireless Account Agent Responsibilities:

Work directly with customers to present service options and drive sales opportunities Provide strong customer service during all customer interactions Assist customers with account setup, updates, and service selections Answer customer questions and provide accurate, helpful service information Build relationships with customers to support long-term customer satisfaction and repeat sales Manage customer accounts, track customer interactions, and support overall sales performance This position offers weekly pay with uncapped commission incentives. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance, sales results, and other factors.
