Job Description

Ehlers Pest Management LLC is currently seeking a part-time candidate for the position of Office Associate. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organization, and computer skills.
Job Duties Include:
Schedule jobs for pest control technicians to ensure jobs are performed in an efficient manner. Act as a liaison between customer and technicians. Create work orders and customer profiles. Manage calls, texts and emails to facilitate scheduling with customers. Answer phones and assist customers. Manage invoicing and collections and prepare deposits
Skills Required Include:
Ability to quickly learn and efficiently navigate in-house computer software system Must possess strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service skills and phone etiquette. Ability to work independently and as a team member. Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking ability. Analytical problem

Education and Experience 2-5 years customer service/office experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
