In this vital role, you will oversee daily front end store operations, manage a dedicated team, and ensure our customers receive top-notch service. Your leadership will drive sales, maintain inventory accuracy, and foster a welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills while making a positive impact in a fast-paced retail setting. Duties Supervise daily front end operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, daily bookkeeping, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees through effective training, coaching, and performance evaluations. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Oversee cashiering activities using POS (Point of Sale) systems and ensure accurate pricing, sales transactions, and cash handling procedures. Coordinate shift schedules to optimize staffing levels for peak hours and special promotions. Maintain organized records related to payroll, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks to support smooth store operations. Skills Strong leadership with proven supervisory or assistant manager experience in retail or grocery environments. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Proficient in managing POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail sales processes. Demonstrated ability to train, and develop team members effectively. Knowledge of bookkeeping Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Experience with merchandising, stocking, marketing strategies, and inventory control techniques. Adept at time management with a focus on customer service excellence and store efficiency.
