• Understanding of all key components of department operations (ie.\n\nManaging people, merchandising, inventory management, shrink control, customer service, labor scheduling, expense control)\n \n\n
• Past work record must exhibit a high level of integrity and dependability.\n\nDesired\n \n\n
• Thorough experience in customer service and all phases of front-end operations.\n\n \n\n
• Explore and develop more effective and efficient processes, policies and procedures for Front End, Customer Service Center and Accounting.\n \n\n
• Design a cleaner, more efficient working environment for Front End, Customer Service and Accounting.\n \n\n
• Ensure safe, effective and efficient customer service is provided throughout department.\n \n\n
• Improve Shopping Experience Progress Report, Customer Tracker, Associate Tracker, Cash Over\/Short, CCG, ELMS utilization, Customer Comment Cards, FES Evaluations, Bob Audits, and Key Retailing Measurements.\n \n\n
• Provide training, support and follow up on all aspects of Key Retailing.\n \n\n
• Coach and train customer service manager and front end supervisors.\n \n\n
• Demonstrate the ability and desire to promote, communicate and implement company initiatives and process improvements to direct reports in a positive and respectful manner.\n \n\n
• Support store management and customer service manager in maintaining a well-organized, clean, pleasant shopping environment at the check stands, front-end, Self Service Checkouts, Customer Service Center, Accounting Room and parking lot area.\n \n\n
• Follow through on special assignments and perform any and all duties as assigned.\n \n\n
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
