We are seeking a detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to support the daily operations of our Personal Lines team. This role is a key part of our office, ensuring smooth workflow, accurate record-keeping, and excellent customer service for both clients and insurance account managers.

What You'll Do:

Manage client accounts, renewals, changes, and claims support Provide consultative service on personal lines coverages (home, auto, umbrella, etc.) Identify cross-sell opportunities and support retention goals Work with top carriers to deliver the best solutions

What We're Looking For:

3+ years' experience in an independent insurance brokerage/agency Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and markets Active Property & Casualty Broker-Agent license , preferred Excellent client service and relationship-building skills The agency is committed to providing training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help the right candidate successfully transition into the role and grow within the organization.
