Job Description

Job Description Alaska Airlines is looking for a Station Agent - Ramp & Customer Service to join our team in Kodiak, AK. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our ramp services. As a Station Agent, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including checking in passengers, handling baggage, and ensuring the safety and security of our operations. You will work closely with other team members to provide a seamless travel experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Check in passengers and assist with boarding. Handle baggage and cargo operations. Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations. Provide excellent customer service to all guests. Assist with ramp operations as needed. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills. Must be able to lift heavy baggage and cargo. Valid driver's license.
