Job Description

Service Advisor - All American Diesel Centreville, Alabama Full-Time | Competitive Pay | Growing Team All American Diesel is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Centreville, AL! If you enjoy helping people, have a strong work ethic, and want to be part of a high-performing diesel repair team, we'd love to meet you. We specialize in light- and medium-duty diesel repair, and our team takes pride in delivering honest, top-tier service to every customer who walks through our doors. As our Service Advisor, you'll be the link between our valued customers and skilled technicians—making sure every repair runs smoothly and every customer leaves satisfied.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide exceptional service throughout the repair process Communicate vehicle needs, recommendations, and timelines clearly and professionally Write and manage repair orders with accuracy and detail Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely workflow and updates Handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage follow-ups Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
Qualifications:
Previous service advisor or customer service experience (automotive/diesel preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of vehicle systems (diesel knowledge is a big plus) Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn Proficiency with computers and shop management software (or ability to learn quickly)
