Job Description

Bill Smith Buick GMC is a well-established, family-owned dealership known for its commitment to exceptional customer service. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
o Warmly greet customers and assess their vehicle needs. o Provide expert advice on necessary repairs and maintenance. o Prepare accurate and detailed repair orders. o Communicate effectively with technicians and other team members. o Order parts and manage inventory. o Maintain organized and accurate records. o Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any issues.
Requirements:
o Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor. o Proven ability to build rapport with customers and exceed expectations. o In-depth knowledge of vehicle systems and repair procedures. o Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. o Proficiency in using dealership management software.
