Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team! Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry skills and Microsoft Office tools. Process transactions such as cash handling or order placements with attention to detail and accuracy. Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for upselling or improving client services. Uphold excellent phone etiquette and professional communication standards at all times. Skills Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Strong sales aptitude combined with excellent customer support skills to enhance client satisfaction. Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is preferred for broader communication reach. Demonstrated experience in call center environments or outbound calling campaigns. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data management. Exceptional communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal expression. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Attention to detail in data entry, cash handling, and documentation processes.
