Let's Build Things - Together. Duties and Responsibilities Provide customer support via web chat, phone and/or email. Assist in the preparation of reports and recording keeping regarding E-Commerce sales. Assist sales representatives in expediting and follow‑up of orders. Assist with incoming customer calls by directing them to the appropriate individual or department needed to resolve problems or complaints. Provide support to the sales staff in its effort to give customers the best possible quality and service.

Quality Responsibility:

Responsible for providing error-free work to all internal and external customers as related to the output of their position. Shift First Shift, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm Skills and Qualifications Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook. Experience with ERP system, preferred. Able to work in a high-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 2- or 4-year degree, or equivalent experience, required. Speak conversational English. The plant features robotic and manual welding stations, a beam-cutting line, wet paint booth, press brakes, laser cutting, and saw cutting capabilities to support medium to heavy gauge steel fabrication.
