Cashier/Customer Service Wok-N-Roll Job Summary We are hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate / Cashier to support our team and provide coverage when needed. This position is ideal for someone dependable, flexible, and willing to work scheduled shifts consistently. Reliability and punctuality are very important for this role. Responsibilities Handle drive-thru orders accurately and efficiently Operate the cash register and process payments Confirm and pack orders with attention to detail Assist during busy hours and provide shift coverage when scheduled Maintain a clean and organized work area Support team operations as needed Schedule Part-time / As needed Flexible availability preferred Weekend availability required Must be able to commit to scheduled shifts Requirements Reliable transportation and ability to arrive on time Strong attendance and punctuality Comfortable working in a fast-paced drive-thru environment Basic knowledge of Chinese and Japanese cuisine preferred Experience with POS systems or restaurant work preferred Responsible, team-oriented, and detail-focused What We Value We are looking for someone who is dependable and takes their work seriously.
