Customer Service Representative

We are a fast-paced home medical equipment provider dedicated to delivering exceptional service and quality care to our patients. We're looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and greet customers in a professional manner Verify patient insurance coverage and obtain necessary documentation Communicate effectively with doctor offices and healthcare providers Schedule appointments and coordinate deliveries or pickups Assist in assembling and preparing equipment for patients Input and maintain accurate information in multiple computer systems Provide outstanding customer support with compassion and efficiency Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Comfortable using multiple computer systems Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 401(k) retirement plan Paid holidays and a supportive, team-oriented work environment
