In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. You will handle various guest inquiries, manage reservations, and assist with check-in and check-out processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out procedures. Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software. Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Address guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner, ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date. Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while adhering to all hotel policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in guest services or customer service within the hotel industry is preferred. Knowledge of hospitality management principles is advantageous. Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Hotel Key/PEP POS experience a plus Required training 1-2 weeks is mandatory Join our opening team as a Guest Service Agent where you can make a difference in our guests' experiences every day!
