Job Description

Millennia RX is looking to hire a qualified
LTC PHARMACY CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
to join our team. The job functions of this position include, but aren't limited to: Provide excellent customer service to patients, family members, and medical professionals working in the nursing facility. Communicate with the pharmacy staff to promote productivity and a positive work environment. Process prescription reorders Access Point Click Care and retrieve information from the facility eMAR. Complete miscellaneous assignments given by the Director of Pharmacy. The
LTC PHARMACY CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
must possess these key skills and attributes: Compassionate Strong communication skills Organized Shows initiative Punctual Time management skills
Requirements:
High School Diploma Certified Pharmacy Technician License (CPhT) is
PREFERRED
Alabama Pharmacy Technician License Preferred Qualifications:
Pharmacy experience (>1 years)
