As a Member Services Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services while fostering long-term relationships with our members. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by addressing member inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct product demonstrations to educate members about features and benefits. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing transactions. Assist in supervising team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling products and services to enhance member satisfaction. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Communicate effectively with members over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Maintain a clean and organized work environment that reflects the professionalism of our brand. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals. Experience with POS systems is a plus. Ability to supervise and motivate team members when necessary. Proficient in cash handling practices and procedures. Skills in upselling products and services to enhance member experiences. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills.
