Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Professional to join our team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, delivering exceptional support and building strong relationships with clients. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities will drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Duties Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring each interaction is positive and solutions-oriented Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new services or products Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account management with clarity and professionalism Conduct data entry accurately into various systems while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality Manage cash handling responsibilities when processing payments or refunds efficiently and securely Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to resolve issues promptly and courteously Support client services by analyzing customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and escalating complex issues when necessary Experience Previous call center experience or customer support roles preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Proven ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment while maintaining quality service Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software Bilingual abilities in English and another language are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele Excellent analysis skills to assess customer situations quickly and determine appropriate actions Experience with outbound calling campaigns or sales is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for engaging with customers is essential Join us as a Customer Service Professional and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering excellence! Pay:
$56,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
