Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges Assist customers with product demos and answer questions about merchandise or store services Upsell products and promote store specials to enhance guest experience and sales performance Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for register operations Use strong phone etiquette to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, or direct calls appropriately Support the store team with retail sales activities, including inventory management and stock replenishment Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations in a retail or grocery environment Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Bilingual skills are a plus, enabling better service for diverse guest populations Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math enhances your effectiveness in this role Strong communication skills to engage confidently with guests and team members Demonstrated ability to provide excellent phone etiquette and handle customer inquiries professionally Supervising experience is advantageous for those interested in leadership opportunities within the team Experience with merchandising, stocking, product demos, or grocery store operations is beneficial but not mandatory Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy makes a difference!
