Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Frequently greet and communicate with students, administration, staff, faculty, and other persons visiting the office Regularly exchange accurate information in various situations Establish and maintain accurate and current files of letters, reports, records and other documentary materials, and ensure that information in these files are kept confidential Perform general office duties, recommend methods for improving office procedures and perform other duties as assigned High school diploma or GED, 3 years of general office experience to include excellent customer service and communication skills, basic computer skills, multi-line telephone systems and telephone etiquette, Microsoft Office, and other general office equipment required.Similar remote jobs
