Custoemr Service Representative Daily Responsibilities:

Speak to dozens of customers on a daily basis, providing customer support and product information. Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, and account details to ensure customer needs are met efficiently. Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, processing orders, returns, or exchanges with a positive attitude. Enroll new customer accounts Maintain accurate customer records Confirm sales transactions Utilize excellent communication skills to build rapport and resolve concerns effectively. Process sales transactions Coordinate with team members to ensure an excellent customer experience Customer Service Representative Qualifications Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential! Bilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively. Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math enhances your ability to succeed in this role. Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette are vital for engaging with customers confidently. Supervising experience or leadership qualities are advantageous for supporting team initiatives or training new staff. Experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments is beneficial but not mandatory. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours as needed.
