We are seeking a full-time Office Representative to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers, handling phone calls, payments, and inquiries. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple office responsibilities efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls in a courteous and professional manner Assist customers with account questions, service inquiries, and scheduling Process customer payments (in-person, by phone) Maintain accurate customer records and update accounts as needed Support billing, filing, and general office duties Communicate effectively with drivers, supervisors, and other team members regarding customer needs or service issues Handle mail, prepare deposits, and manage basic office supplies Assist with additional administrative tasks as assignedJob Type:
