The Sabatini Insurance Agency has new openings for Insurance Customer Service Representative as we grow and are urgently seeking candidates interested in making a difference. Opportunities exist for experienced and new Insurance Customer Service Representatives within the insurance industry. We need help taking care of our clients and building long term relationships for our agency. About Us Our agency truly lives by the motto "work hard, play hard". Salary Range:

Process payments and complete customer policy changes. Outbound service initiative calls Securing required customer documentaiton and service forms. Support sales agents efforts by completing administrative work Develop insurance quotes from current customers as referrals to sales agents. Requirements Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license strongly preferred or candidates in the process of obtaining this license preferred. Allstate experience preferred, but not required. Minimum 1 year customer service experience required Bachelors degree strongly preferred, but not required. Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Confident and motivated who works well independently. Ability to communicate well over the phone Typing accuracy and computer skills needed Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
