A Service Advisor is the first face of the service department; Working as a liaison between the techs and customers. Must be a team player & must work well with others. Must know how to operate simple technology or be willing to learn. Experience as a service advisor is preferred. Must have a friendly demeanor. Must be able to work 5 days a week. Able to lift 50lbs.
