Service Advisor / Writer

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor / Writer to join our service team. Duties Greet customers promptly with enthusiasm, creating a welcoming atmosphere for equipment drop-offs and pick-ups Accurately listen to customer concerns, document issues, and determine necessary repairs or maintenance services Write detailed service orders, including estimates for repairs. Communicate clearly with technicians regarding diagnostics and repair requirements to ensure efficient workflow Upsell appropriate services by explaining benefits of recommended maintenance or repairs to enhance vehicle longevity and safety Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining excellent customer service throughout the process Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or questions Requirements Proven dealership experience or service management background is highly preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Demonstrated ability in upselling services while maintaining integrity and customer trust Experience in sales or dealership atmosphere is a plus Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly Mechanical experience or mechanic background is advantageous for understanding technician needs and vehicle issues Join our team to drive exceptional customer experiences while leveraging your automotive expertise!
