Job Description
Primary Skills and responsibilities: Computer and excellent customer service skills are essential for this position with on the job training available to learn the custom systems of the business, including how to: Source and order OEM and aftermarket parts for brands such as Yamaha, Kawasaki, Honda, KTM, Suzuki, Arctic Cat, Ducati, Harley Davidson, etc. Positive professional appearance. This is a customer facing position that requires constant customer interaction. Applicants should be familiar with identifying major parts of top motorcycle and ATV machines Organize parts for jobs that are ready to be completed alongside updating inventory for restocked parts in the software system. Take calls from potential and current customers providing information about parts requests and pricing, updates on repairs, scheduling, and sourcing parts for ordering. Work with technicians and computer software in order to effectively collaborate with customers from unit drop-off, additional approval, repair statuses, repair completion, and unit pick-up. Tag each machine a customer brings in and help setup workflow for technicians Help customers load and unload machines for drop-off and pickup, also helping technicians move units around for storage or to be worked on. (Applicants should be able to regularly push around motorcycles and atvs.) Preferred skills and occasional responsibilities: Be mechanically inclined and able to help technicians with tire changes, oil changes, and basic repairs.
