Job Description

Call Center Representative at Adecco US, Inc. in El Dorado, Arkansas, United States Job Description Adecco is hiring immediately for Call Center Representatives with our client located in El Dorado, AR. As a Call Center Representative, you will work onsite in El Dorado and reside within a commutable distance. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls and supporting operational, technical, and mechanical issues at company locations. Duties involve troubleshooting and resolving issues with systems such as computers, pumps, registers, credit card processing, connectivity, refrigeration, and HVAC, or escalating when needed. Additional responsibilities include documenting calls and resolutions, maintaining accurate data entry, and providing professional customer service using strong communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Requirements:

Pay Details:
