Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a passion for helping customers. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to discuss vehicle needs with guests while providing exceptional service. Automotive background is preferred. What you'll do : Assist customers with inquiries regarding automotive services and products. Provide accurate information about vehicle maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics. Recommend additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely service delivery. Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently. Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
