Own This Chat Support Job:

1 year of customer service experience (call center experience a plus). Strong oral communication skills with a clear, pleasant speaking voice. Ability to remain professional, courteous, and helpful with callers. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
