Call Center Customer Care Specialist - 12 months - Possible extensions Hours/Schedule(if training schedule include here): 6am-2:30pm/7am-3:30pm depends on Must haves: Call Center or Fast paced operations environment High school diploma/GED completed
Job Description:
Bi-lingual (Spanish) is mandatory. High School Diploma or GED equivalent 6 months+ customer service experience (call-center preferred). Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate between applications, including Microsoft Office Passion for working in a team and being collaborative, but able to work independently. Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and self-motivated, with excellent communication skills and able to speak authentically. Flexibility to work any shift. Current hours of operation are between the hours of 9:00AM to 5:30PM EST time M-F.
