Client Support Representative:
Provide direct Client Support, creating positive and professional interactions on behalf of our clients. Educate customers on available fiber internet services and guide them toward the best solutions for their needs. Assist with sales by confidently presenting fiber internet products and helping customers complete their internet service selections. Answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure each customer feels informed and supported. Work closely with the Support team to meet daily sales and support goals while keeping morale high. Track customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups with attention to detail. Participate in ongoing training focused on Client Support, communication, and sales skills. Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset. What We're Looking For in the
Client Support Representative:
A high school diploma or equivalent certificate is required for this role. Must be 18+ years old, as it is required by our client. Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality. Interest in Client Support and willingness to learn sales techniques. Confidence in engaging with new people and building rapport quickly. Previous experience in sales, Client Support, or service roles is a plus but not required. Motivated, dependable, and driven by personal and team success. Full-time availability and a growth-oriented attitude.
Pay:
$3,600.00 - $4,100.00 per month
