Client Services Representative

Client Service Representative (CSR) - Chaparral Veterinary Medical Center We are a fast-paced, busy mixed animal veterinary practice seeking a dependable and customer-focused Client Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in creating a positive experience for our clients while supporting the daily operations of the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and manage multiple phone lines in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner Schedule appointments for both small animal and large animal services Greet clients and patients warmly and check them in and out accurately Maintain clear and effective communication with veterinarians, technicians, and team members Process payments and manage invoices Handle client questions, concerns, and requests with empathy and professionalism Maintain accurate client and patient records Assist with general front desk duties and ensure a clean, organized reception area

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience required (veterinary experience preferred) Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable handling a high call volume and fast-paced workflow Basic computer skills and experience with scheduling systems Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
