Job Description

We are a growing, independent long-term care pharmacy serving skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and hospice providers. We're seeking a sharp, organized, and proactive Customer Service Specialist to join our office team and help keep our pharmacy operations running smoothly and efficiently. Hours 9:30am to 5pm.
What You'll Do:
Provide daily operational support for dispensing, billing, and inventory processes Maintain and build spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for reporting, cycle-fill tracking, cost analysis, and performance metrics Extract and analyze data from our pharmacy information system (FrameworkLTC, QS/1, DocuTrack, or similar) to create actionable reports Lead small projects and train team members on new workflows, spreadsheets, and system features Coordinate with dispensing, billing, and clinical teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions Act as a go-to person for system enhancements, custom reporting, and process improvements
What You Bring:
2+ years of pharmacy or healthcare operations experience strongly preferred (long-term care pharmacy experience is a big plus) Strong proficiency in pharmacy information systems (FrameworkLTC, PrimeCare, QS/1, DocuTrack, etc.) Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (A/R, P&L review, reconciliations) Proven ability to lead small teams or informal teams and train others Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and comfort working in a fast-paced, regulated environment

From $21.00 per hour
