Platinum Concrete Works is a growing concrete contractor serving the Prescott Quad-city area. We take pride in every pour, hold ourselves to a higher standard and put customer service on the priority list. We have a growth mindset

• First point of contact — warm, professional, always on
• Managing all inbound and outbound calls
• Following up with clients — no lead gets left behind
• Scheduling jobs and coordinating with field crew
• Coordinating inspections — nothing falls through
• Updating and maintaining our CRM accurately
• Handling invoicing and day-to-day admin tasks
• Bringing creative solutions to the table

Requirements:

Good Vives! Construction industry experience — must speak the trade language or willing to learn! Strong customer service skills — empathy & professionalism non-negotiable Experience with CRM, scheduling, or invoicing tools Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Personal development mindset — always learning and growing Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven

Pay:
