Customer Service Representative

Desert Title & Tag is growing and now looking for customer service oriented personnel to help assist our customers with their motor vehicle needs in our Fountain Hills office. Desert Title is a third party motor vehicle service that provides an alternative to customers in need of vehicle titles and registration. We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a desire to learn and who is customer service oriented. If you are self motivated, quick on your feet, and good with people come join our team. Compensation beginning at $18 per hour or more with experience in the Auto Title Documentation industry or MVD experience. Must be available to work Saturdays. No Sundays! Computer navigation and typing skills a must. Must be able to pass an FBI background check and have a current driver's license.

Duties:

Provide excellent customer service Handle, file, and record documentation. Perform all vehicle related transactions. Be flexible and meet deadlines. Maintain efficiency standards. Communicate with all customers in a professional manner by telephone, email, correspondence and in person.

Requirements:

Must be 21 years or older. Must have a valid Arizona driver's license Proven customer service skills (1 to 2 years minimum) Must enjoy working with people in person Ability to use a computer to record documentation Must have fast and accurate data entry skills. Must be able to produce a high volume of titles with minimal errors.
