Job Description
RV Service Assistant — RV City Inc (Huachuca City, AZ — near Sierra Vista)About the Role RV City Inc is seeking a full‑time RV Service Writer to join our service department. This role is the communication hub between customers and technicians, responsible for writing repair orders, coordinating service work, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Starting pay based on expierence. Key Responsibilities Customer Intake — Greet customers, document concerns, and create accurate service tickets Repair Orders — Write, update, and close repair orders with clear descriptions and labor lines Service Scheduling — Coordinate appointments, parts availability, and technician workflow Customer Communication — Provide updates, explain estimates, and review completed work Parts Coordination — Work with parts staff to ensure timely ordering and job completion Quality Control — Verify work is completed to RV City standards before delivery Payment Processing — Prepare invoices and collect payment at pickup Qualifications Service Writer Experience preferred (RV, auto, marine, or powersports) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Basic mechanical understanding of RV systems (training provided) Computer proficiency (DMS experience a plus) Positive attitude and customer‑first mindset What We Offer Full‑time, stable schedule Paid training and growth opportunities Supportive, family‑owned dealership environment Employee discounts on parts, service, and accessories Work Schedule Monday-Friday Occasional Saturday rotation during peak season How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed or apply in person at: RV City Inc — Huachuca City, AZ (near Sierra Vista)
