Customer Service Representative (CSR) Trusted Paws Veterinary Clinic Join a Team That Makes a Difference Every Day Trusted Paws Veterinary Clinic is a compassionate, fast-paced veterinary practice dedicated to providing affordable, high-quality care for pets and the families who love them. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our clinic. Position Summary The Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for clients both in person and over the phone. This role is responsible for creating a positive client experience, managing appointments, supporting clinic operations, and helping communicate the services and mission of Trusted Paws Veterinary Clinic through client interactions and social media engagement. Responsibilities Client Service Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments Check patients in and out efficiently Process payments and maintain accurate client records Educate clients on clinic services, wellness plans, vaccines, and surgical procedures Resolve client concerns professionally and compassionately Administrative Duties Maintain patient and client records in the practice management system Assist with daily office operations and filing Coordinate appointment reminders and follow-up communications Support veterinarians and technicians with administrative needs Qualifications Previous customer service experience required Veterinary, medical, or animal care experience preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn veterinary software Experience with Facebook and social media platforms preferred Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine love for animals
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
