If you are a positive, upbeat, and an interactive Service Advisor with a passion for customer service, this opportunity may be perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments for repair, maintenance, recall work Greet customers, inspect their motorcycles, and answer questions Document problems with Motorcycles and clearly describe them on the Repair Order Notify the Service Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known, so the customer can be immediately notified Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and cost Offer additional services and products, including special promotions Review Repair Orders in progress to ensure quality and timeliness Follow the status of a customer's powersports vehicle from service bay entry through the completion of work Communicate any changes in timeline, repairs, or cost to the customer Upon completion of work, review the work order with the customer Maintain current technical qualifications by completing all training programs assigned by the Service Manager Other duties as assignedRequirements:
Requirements:
1+ years of Powersports, Harley-Davidson, or Automotive Dealership service experience 1+ years Commission Based customer-facing sales experience (preferred) Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, and dependable personality Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and a good driving record Motorcycle Endorsement preferred Must pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screenBenefits:
