Full-Time Starting Pay:

At Spectrum Healthcare Group, we're looking for a Customer Support Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely cares about helping people. This blended role combines customer service and healthcare support, giving you the opportunity to guide patients through important steps in their care. What You'll Do Answer incoming calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and empathy Schedule and manage patient appointments Verify insurance coverage and update benefits in the system Help patients understand coverage, costs, and payment options Conduct eligibility screenings and complete AHCCCS applications Accurately enter and maintain patient data and documentation Communicate with insurance companies to confirm coverage details Provide referrals (DES, SSI, SSDI) as needed Support intake processes and complete non-clinical paperwork What You Bring High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of customer service or client-facing experience (healthcare preferred) Insurance verification or managed care experience is a plus Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively Familiarity with medical terminology and EMR systems preferred What Sets You Apart Calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure Clear communicator with patients and insurance providers Highly organized and detail-oriented Passion for helping people navigate healthcare Basic Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer Frequent phone communication Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Must be 18 years or older Ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (if applicable) CPR/First Aid certification required for client-facing roles Why Join Us Meaningful work that directly impacts lives Supportive and team-focused environment Opportunities for growth in healthcare Mission-driven organization focused on whole-person care Ready to make a difference?
