Preference:
Candidates local to Phoenix, AZ or Atlanta, GA are highly preferred; open to nearby locations (must be near a Manheim Auction site). Position focuses on vehicle logistics, order management, and coordination with clients/vendors. Requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication Strong technical skills (Excel, data entry, order management systems) Analytical mindset with ability to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy
Training:
7:00 AM•4:00 PM OR 8:00 AM•5:00 PM (AZ Time)
Regular Shift:
8-hour shift between 6:00 AM•5:00 PM (AZ Time)
Work Hours:
40 hours/week

Start Timeline:
ASAP Required Skills & Experience Strong verbal and written abilities to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Skilled in computer-based programs, including data entry, Excel, and order management systems. Ability to identify issues, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities Coordinate Communication:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to external vendors, clients, and customers to obtain status updates, confirm vehicle locations, and gather necessary information to meet operational requirements.
Maintain Accurate Records:
Update accounts with essential details such as order notes, contact information (names, addresses, phone numbers), and account numbers across internal systems and external platforms.
Process Transportation Orders:
Enter and manage transportation notes for each order using relevant computer applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Ensure Order Accuracy:
Follow up on submitted orders to verify correctness, resolve discrepancies, and update deficient information promptly.
Data Management & Reporting:
Create and maintain spreadsheets to track customer orders, inventory levels, and key reminders. Organize existing data for easy access and reporting.
Inventory Oversight:
Monitor and manage daily inventory to ensure proper allocation and availability.
Performance Analysis:
Collect and analyze data trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
Additional Duties:
Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the department manager or supervisor.
