Medical Customer Service Representative (Healthcare Call Center) -
Arizona Pay:
$18-$23/hour (DOE)
Location:
Arizona (Onsite or Hybrid depending on client need)
Schedule:
Full-time About the Opportunity We're partnering with a confidential healthcare organization in Arizona to hire a Medical Customer Service Representative. This role is focused on handling a high volume of calls while providing excellent patient support and ensuring a positive customer experience. What You'll Do Handle high-volume inbound calls from patients and providers Provide information, answer questions, and assist with general inquiries Support appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups Document all interactions accurately in the system Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently What We're Looking For 1+ year of customer service or call center experience (healthcare preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems Why This Role Competitive pay: $18-$23/hour Opportunity to build experience in healthcare Supportive team environment with potential for growth
Pay Details:
