! Tammie Coe Cakes is now hiring Part-Time Customer Service Team Members for our Grab-and-Go kiosk located in Sky Harbor Airport. As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be essential in delivering outstanding service and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Your core skills in POS operation and food service will enable you to efficiently process transactions and assist customers with their needs. Leveraging your premium skills in sales and upselling, you will enhance the customer experience while promoting menu items. Join us to be a vital part of our team dedicated to excellence in customer service.
FUNCTIONS
  • Greet and assist customers with purchases
  • Operate cash register accurately
  • Receive deliveries and stock shelves
  • Retain a working knowledge of available products
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
REQUIREMENTS
  • Must have mid shift availability (8am-6pm) , some holidays may be required
  • Previous retail/cashier experience
  • Gifted at building relationships -- guests and employees
  • Detail-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
  • Must be able to pass a TSA background test
