Today, Roadrunner partners with major regional and national homebuilders, developers, and property managers, delivering drywall and paint services for single-family homes, multifamily communities, custom homes, and commercial projects. Our reputation is everything — and our people are the reason it holds strong. Position Summary The Customer Service Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting drywall and paint production, customer service, and field operations. This position serves as a central communication hub between builders, homeowners, supervisors, and field technicians. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, stays organized under pressure, and knows how to keep schedules moving without dropping the ball. Key Responsibilities Take and process drywall and paint orders for production and customer service Send drywall and paint orders to production teams Email work orders to supervisors and drywall/paint technicians Schedule drywall and paint appointments with builder superintendents Assign materials to field production employees Email paint schemes to paint production supervisors Contact homeowners to confirm customer service appointment schedules Retrieve and manage work orders from builder websites Prepare invoices for drywall and paint billing Verify signed completion sheets for completed jobs Communicate directly with drywall and paint field technicians Perform receptionist duties, including answering phones, receiving packages, and greeting visitors Translate for other departments (technical, communications, marketing) as needed Monitor voicemails and missed calls after hours and follow up accordingly Provide general administrative and customer support as required Required Qualifications Residential construction experience preferred (drywall experience is a plus) Bilingual (Spanish/English) required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and manage simultaneous deadlines Comfortable working under pressure in a production-driven environment Reliable, punctual, and dependable attendance Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Supply Pro preferred Strong communication skills with both field and office personnel
