Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any issues. Engage with customers face-to-face during the sales process to assist with service selection and process orders. Guide customers in understanding service features and help identify the best solutions for their needs. Accurately maintain customer records and input information into company systems. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Achieve or exceed individual and team performance goals. Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in customer service to drive long-term retention.

Requirements:

No prior experience required; full training will be provided. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively. A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
