In this role, you will support job candidates throughout the hiring journey, helping remove barriers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Pay Range:
$17.98 - $18.00/hour Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications with candidates via phone, email, chat, and SMS
  • Support candidates through virtual pre-hire appointments and onboarding steps
  • Troubleshoot technical and process-related issues that may impact candidate progress
  • Escalate candidate concerns with urgency, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Complete administrative and operational support tasks as needed
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement to enhance hiring workflows and candidate satisfaction Required Qualifications
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage high-volume interactions while maintaining professionalism and urgency
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently Preferred Qualifications
